Supporter Care Officer

Salary: £20,000 pro rata, 22.5 hours per week

Role 1: Monday, Tuesday and Friday
Role 2: Monday, Thursday and Friday

Location: Andover, Hampshire

Are you somebody who would love to use your exceptional customer care skills to help us Beat Macular Disease?

Macular disease is the biggest cause of sight loss in the UK, with around 300 people diagnosed every day. The Macular Society is the only charity determined to beat the fear and isolation of macular disease with world class research and, and the best advice and support.

To support people affected by macular disease now, the Macular Society provides a range of support, information and services. Their research programme is focused on finding new treatments and a cure to beat macular disease forever

We have two roles within our dynamic and friendly Supporter Care Team.  You will ensure our supporters, donors, volunteers and members of the public have a positive and memorable experience of contacting the Macular Society.  Key responsibilities of the role will include, banking, processing donation payments and maintaining our database so you will also have a flair for accuracy and numbers.  Using your natural customer care skills you will work with colleagues to deliver an exceptional service that deepens relationships with our supporters.
