The Supporter Care Officer will ensure supporters, donors, volunteers and members of the public have a positive and memorable experience of contacting the Macular Society. In this role, you’ll lead on recruiting and supporting volunteers across the organisation, developing effective recruitment plans and promoting opportunities through a range of channels. You’ll manage the full volunteer journey, from onboarding to ongoing support, ensuring a positive, inclusive and compliant experience. Working closely with colleagues, you’ll maintain accurate records, support clear and engaging communications, and help demonstrate the impact volunteering has for both our volunteers and the people we support.
