The Macular Society is calling for patients with diabetic macular oedema (DMO) to take part in a new survey, to help improve treatment and quality of life for patients.

The survey, which has been launched this week, aims to better understand the treatment regimes for patients with DMO – the biggest cause of sight loss in diabetics.

It is also hoped the survey will help better understand how patients manage their diabetes, as well as what support they have received.

Take part in the survey.

All our research is aimed at improving the treatment of or quality of life for patients with macular disease.

Results from the survey will be published as a report on website late Spring/early Summer.
