Head of legacy and in memory fundraising

Our head of legacy and in memory fundraising leads a small, dedicated and highly-skilled team. Working with the associate director of fundraising and marketing, the role is responsible for building and developing our vital legacy and in memory programme. The role includes the development of innovative and engaging marketing strategies; including recruitment and stewardship across legacies and in memory, investigating new audiences and channels and requires excellent budgetary management including detailed income forecasting.

Chief executive officer

Closing date: Tuesday 02 April 2024 Location: Based in Andover, Hampshire with hybrid working options. We envisage at least 50% of time to be spent with colleagues working from our Andover office during the first year in post. Salary: £95,000 - £105,000 - Full time 37.5 hours per week

Head of people and culture

Closing date: Thursday 04 April 2024 Location: Based in Andover, Hampshire with hybrid options (ideally 2 – 3 days per week to be based in the office). Salary: £58,000 - £60,000 (pro rata if part time) - 30 to 37.5 hours per week, flexible working considered.

Our head of people and culture leads our committed and dedicated people team to provide support for our employees on all people matters. The team helps achieve our aim of Beating Macular Disease by ensuring we have the skilled and motivated team members we need to succeed. This role is a key member of the senior leadership team, leading on our strategic people plans whilst also being involved in the day to day people processes - offering help and support to all our team members on all aspects of employment.
