Chair of Trustees

Closing date: Friday 27 February 2026 Location: Andover and Central London with occasional travel to other locations/external events. Salary: This is a voluntary position, with reasonable expenses paid.

The Chair will lead the charity through an ambitious period of growth, strategic development and digital transformation. The successful candidate will be a commercially astute, strategic leader with experience guiding organisations through change, a strong appetite for risk, and a deep commitment to the charity’s mission. Working with a refreshed board and leadership team, the Chair will help grow the organisation’s influence, income and impact.

Volunteer support officer - recruitment

Closing date: Monday 16 February 2026 Location: Flexible location: Home based, Andover or Hybrid. Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 pro-rata - Part Time - 22.5 hours per week

As part of our friendly and collaborative volunteer and group support team, you will be responsible for day-to-day support to our volunteers, within our local groups and our wider services. This includes recruitment of new volunteers and responding to requests for support and advice from existing volunteers.
