Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Macular Society. The Patient Review Panel brings together people with lived experience of macular conditions to help us make sure our patient information is relevant, useful and accessible. For this reason, you need to have a macular condition to volunteer as a panel member.

The application form asks a range of questions about you and your experiences. We ask these questions to help us build a panel that reflects the diverse macular disease community across the UK, and includes a wide range of experiences and perspectives. The information you provide will be used as part of the selection process and to help us create a representative and inclusive panel.
