Join Team Macular and complete a Dog Jog anywhere that suits you and your dog!

The pawsitively virtual Dog Jog series celebrates the opportunity for dog owners and their four-legged friends to get active and take on adventures together!

The great thing about Dog Jog is that participants can take part at their own pace (or the pace of their furry friend)!  That might be a walk around their local park or a run over their local lush grassy hills - the most important thing is that they are keeping active and completing it together!

The supportive and encouraging online Dog Jog Community gives people the perfect opportunity to check out what other Dog Joggers are getting up to and to find others in their area who might also be taking part in a Dog Jog Challenge.
