Janet had been putting off writing her Will, like many of us do. With help from the Macular Society and our trusted partners, she discovered it didn’t have to be complicated or expensive. Like Janet, you can write or update your Will for free – in a way that suits you.

Free Wills with a home visit

The Goodwill Partnership

The Goodwill Partnership offers a free Will service, starting with a home visit to take your instructions. Your Will is then drafted, reviewed by a solicitor, and posted to you for approval, signing, and witnessing. Home visits are available in England and Wales.

Other services

If you’d prefer to pay for your Will yourself, you can search for local solicitors on the Law Society, Law Society of Scotland, and Law Society of Northern Ireland websites, using your postcode. Solicitors for the Elderly, a membership organisation of solicitors specialising in issues affecting older people, is also searchable by postcode.
